Returns/Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items in its original condition within 30 days of date of purchase in-store or from the date of purchase online and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement or exchange. A receipt must be provided at the time of return. If you return an item by mail, you are responsible for return shipping, and shipping will not be refunded.

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

There are a few items that cannot be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Plush
  • Items marked “Non-returnable”on the sale page
  • Holiday items
  • Books

 

Vendor Products:

Some products are shipped directly from the vendor and include additional shipping fees. These items ship from the vendor in 2-4 business days and will be designated under the item.
